Idaho Gives 2025 Event Timeline
We've provided a suggested timeline for sending emails and social media posts for Idaho Gives as a peer-to-peer fundraiser. You know your network of potential donors so make the campaign your own! Idaho Gives 2025 will run for four days, from April 28 to May 1, 2025.

Save the Date
April 14: Two weeks out, send a “Save the Date” to let your friends and family know that you are fundraising for Teton Valley Food Pantry on Idaho Gives Giving Day.

1 Week Away
April 21: Send reminders via email and social media.

Early Giving Opens
April 28: Let your supporters know they can start donating. Watch your goal thermometer rise!

Idaho Gives Giving Day!
May 1: Remind your supporters that they have until midnight to donate.

Halfway Point
May 1: At noon, encourage supporters and update them on your fundraising progress.

Final Hour!
May 1: At 11 PM make a final push for donations as the event nears its end.

After the Event
Spread gratitude. Thank all your donors for their generous support for Teton Valley Food Pantry.
